Attorney was able to get all charges dismissed except for driving under the influence, for which the client was found guilty by a jury. No jail time. Client received one year probation and no fines.
Assault; Battery: Attorney obtained dismissal of assault charge. Client was found guilty by a jury of battery. Client received one year probation and no fines.
Domestic violence: Attorney obtained a 6 month continuance and then obtained a dismissal of all charges.

Child endangerment: Six months probation.
DUI: Client absconded from the state for four years after DUI charge. Attorney recalled the warrant and obtained full dismissal.
